Dominion Pharma expects its Neo-cortef (neomycin sulphate 0.5 per cent, hydrocortisone acetate 1.5 per cent) eye/ear drops and ointment to be out of stock until spring 2001. The company says that the supply problem is due to difficulties in obtaining the raw material sterile hydrocortisone acetate.
