The Royal Pharmaceutical Society recently donated a copy of 'Martindale: the complete drug reference' to the medical library at Amman university, Jordan. The photograph shows (left to right) Mr Sultan Dajani, a member of the Society's Council, presenting the book to Dr Mayadah Shehadee (head of pharmacy, Amman university) and Dr Atef Othman (head of chemistry, Amman university) during a visit to Jordan earlier this year. Mr Dajani had talks with Jordanian health ministers during his visit.
