Intra-tech Healthcare, a company established in 1997 by two former hospital pharmacists, and which specialises in aseptic compounding, is to open a second compounding unit next to its existing site in north-west London. This new unit is to focus on preparing mixtures for total parenteral nutrition, while the original unit concentrates on chemotherapy.
The company now expects to double its staff over the coming six to 12 months.
