Numark Ltd's shareholders' rebate for the six months to June has almost doubled from the previous year. Rebates totalling £3.28m have been paid to shareholders (who between them own 1,390 pharmacies), a 92 per cent increase on the same period in 1999. In future, the rebate is to be paid monthly.
