Moss Pharmacy has developed a set of standards for implementation throughout its pharmacy chain in order to improve customer satisfaction.
The standards have been developed following a customer satisfaction survey carried out at 50 Moss branches last year. The survey revealed that there were a number of key factors involved with achieving customer satisfaction, including the availability of staff, personal service and attention, staff knowledge, stock availability and how quickly prescriptions were dispensed.
A customer survey is to be carried out at Moss branches in the third week of September to find out whether the company is meeting customer's standards and to identify their priorities. The survey will be annual.
