From Mr C. S. G. Farry, MRPharmS
SIR,When I receive my Journal each week I turn to the back pages first,
just to see whats happening out there. I suspect many of my colleagues
do the same. In recent months this has become a much more enjoyable experience,
as I look to see just how the multiples are trying to lure new pharmacists to
work for them. The good news now for all of us is that it is all change in the
world of pharmacy (PJ, September 16, pA7 and pA9).
There was me thinking that I would probably spend the next 30 years or so cutting
up blister packs or looking at the third case of athletes foot in as many
days, when what I really should be doing is dressing up as a polar bear in a
funny hat, or looking thoroughly fed up while attending a party with a group
of eight-year-olds.
I have always thought I should get out more. Thanks to the PJ classifieds, now
I know what to do.
