REGISTRATION ceremonies for new members of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society
are to be held on October 31 and November 1 at the Society’s London headquarters.
Members who register after June will receive a letter from the President regarding
the ceremony, together with an application form. Members who wish to attend
one of the ceremonies should write to Miss Amanda King at the Society’s
headquarters for information or telephone 020 7735 9141.
A registration ceremony is also to be held in Edinburgh, on the evening of October
18. Details are available from Dr Sheila Stevens at the Society’s Scottish
Department (tel 0131 556 4386).
THE names of the following persons were erased from the Register of Pharmaceutical Chemists on June 15 following the direction of the Statutory Committee at its meeting in June: Michael John Wallace Haynes of Flat 2, 7 David Place, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands JE2 4TD (registration number 62305); Harry Ian Robshaw of 49 Ferrybridge Road, Castleford, West Yorkshire WF10 4JL (registration number 74024).
