Cambridge Laboratories has launched Actidose-Aqua Advance (activated charcoal 1.04g/5ml) suspension as an antidote for most ingested poisons (net price, 240ml £12.50). The product has replaced Actidose-Aqua suspension. The company says that the new product has an improved formulation and that the viscosity has been reduced, allowing easier administration.
