Wyeth has revised the summary of product characteristics for Abelcet (ampho-tericin B lipid complex) suspension for intravenous infusion. The following statement has been added: “Allergic reactions including anaphylaxis, bronchospasms, dyspnoea and hypotension have also been reported with Abelcet.”
