EAHP survey The closing date for the European Association of Hospital
Pharmacists survey of hospital pharmacy in Europe has been extended to October
31. Completed questionnaires from pharmacists in the United Kingdom can be sent
to the Guild of Healthcare Pharmacists, Department 19, 266 Banbury Road, Summertown,
