Nottingham awards The Nottingham branch of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society recently presented a cheque for £900 to the children’s charity When You Wish Upon a Star, representing the sum raised at the branch’s mad March millennium masked ball. Prizes were also presented to three students at the Nottingham school of pharmacy for their efforts in the natural products and medicine section of their course. The joint winners were Louise Andrews, Sharon Longbottom and Christopher Holt.
