Boots Boots the Chemists Ltd has appointed Mr Steve Churton,
MRPharmS, as assistant pharmacy superintendent. Mr Churton has held a variety
of management positions within the Boots Co Plc including health care operations
manager and health care product development manager. He succeeds Professor Joy
Wingfield, FRPharmS, who is now working part-time for Boots as a pharmacy practice
consultant following her appointment as professor of pharmacy law and ethics
at the University of Nottingham.
CPPE The Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education has appointed Ms
Angela Triki
as assistant
director for open learning. She succeeds Dr Lindsey Bagley who has joined the
University for Industry.
PCG Primary Care Group Ltd has appointed Mrs Liz Butterfield,
MRPharmS, as professional services director. She was formerly lead pharmacist
at Watford and Three Rivers primary care group.
