The product licences for the following presentations
have been transferred from Novartis Pharmaceuticals to Sovereign Medical; Slow
Trasicor (oxprenolol hydrochloride 160mg), Trasicor (oxprenolol hydrochloride
20mg), Ismelin (guanethidine monosulphate 10mg/ml), Visken (pindolol 5mg), Viskaldix
(pindolol 10mg, clopamide 5mg), Anturan (sulfinpyrazone 100mg) and Apresoline
(hydralazine hydrochloride 25mg). Sovereign Medical says that initially, Novartis
will retain responsibility for distribution of the products.
