Fresenius Kabi has recalled its sodium chloride
intravenous infusion BP 0.9 per cent Polyfusor S, 1000ml, batch number 00S105
(expiry date April 2005). This is because of a slight discoloration of the solution
in the Polyfusor. Recipients are requested to quarantine stock of this batch
and return it to their supplier for credit or replacement. For further information
