At its meeting on July 12, the committee concluded its inquiry into the case of Mr Edward Peter Green, of 24 Market Place, Malton, North Yorkshire (see PJ, December 18/25, 1999, p979). The inquiry had been adjourned for 12 months after a hearing on July 12, 1999. On that occasion, Mr Green had been advised that if nothing adverse occurred in that time, he could expect to be reprimanded. After hearing reports from one of the Society's inspectors and from Mr Green's doctor, the committee decided that Mr Green should be reprimanded and the case concluded.
