Mrs Sandra Parnham, general secretary of Doncaster local pharmaceutical committee, has been appointed chairman of Doncaster Central primary care trust by the Secretary of State for Health (Mr Alan Milburn).
Mrs Parnham trained as a nurse and has worked as a health care co-ordinator for a large pharmacy chain and as a nurse adviser to the National Pharmaceutical Association. As well as her work for Doncaster LPC, she also works as a professional development consultant for the Doncaster based pharmacy chain, H. R. Weldrick Ltd.
