Mrs Julie James, MRPharmS, and Mr Tom Owens, MRPharmS, have been promoted within First Databank Europe Ltd. Mrs James has been promoted from knowledge base development manager to head of knowledge base services. Mrs James has been with the company for six years, starting as a clinical pharmacist. She will have responsibility for eight clinical pharmacists and eight research assistants. Mr Owens has been promoted from European knowledge base manager to deputy head of knowledge base services. He retains responsibility for European development.
