Lack of information for arthritis patients

Approximately 80 per cent of visitors to an Arthritis Care roadshow did not have basic knowledge about how to manage their arthritis or what treatment options were available, according to the results of a survey conducted by the charity.
The charity reports that people with arthritis are "crying out "for high quality information, support and services.
More than 43,000 people visited the roadshow, which began in March this year, and over 1,500 people completed the survey.
