SIR,—I am full of admiration for Geoffrey Harding and Kevin Taylor after reading their article (PJ, October 21, p602). The issues raised are often hotly debated among pharmacist colleagues. However I beg to differ with them slightly: McPharmacy is probably already here. Self-preservation, an instinct we all possess, will more than likely kill off the debate.
