Research award The 2000 Pharmacia & Upjohn award was presented to Miss Kirsteen Docherty (procurement services manager, University College London hospitals), centre, by Mr John Sithers (group commercial manager, Pharmacia & Upjohn Ltd) and the president of the Guild of Healthcare Pharmacists (Mrs Helen Remington) at the guild procurement and distribution interest group day on November 9. Miss Docherty will be researching the potential of a website database of drug manufacturing information and problems.
