Cox Pharmaceuticals has recalled flucloxacillin oral solution 125mg/5ml, 100ml, batch number 00001 (expiry date September, 2002). This is because the directions for reconstitution of the product are missing from the label. Recipients are requested to quarantine stock and return it to their supplier for credit or replacement.
