Antigen Pharmaceuticals has launched bupivacaine hydrochloride solution for infusion 0.1 per cent w/v (net price, 20 x 100ml £155, 20 x 250ml £195) and 0.125 per cent w/v (net price, 20 x 250ml £199). The products may be used for continuous infusion lumbar epidural analgesia to relieve pain during labour.
