Dominion Pharma is discontinuing Ocusert Pilo-20 ocular insert and Ocusert Pilo-40 ocular insert (pilocarpine hydrochloride), pack size 8, from the end of January Napp Pharmaceuticals will be discontinuing Narphen 5mg tablets (phenazocine), pack size 100, as soon as current stocks are exhausted. The company says that it expects this to be by the end of December Boehringer Ingelheim says that stocks of its Berotec 100 and 200 inhalers (fenoterol hydrobromide) and Alupent inhaler and refill (orciprenaline sulphate), which have been discontinued (PJ, December 2, p839), will remain available until the end of February.
