Community pharmacyLack of privacyFrom Mr A. G. Hopkins, MRPharmS Although I approve of the prospective use of pharmacists in general practice for helping and advising patients, I am perturbed by the lack of a private area in most pharmacies where a meaningful consultation about intimate problems can be conducted. The Royal Pharmaceutical Society, through its inspectorate, should give this function its due importance when registering premises. A. G. Hopkins |
