The Profession

A well-planned coup?

From Mr N. J. M. Engineer, MRPharmS

I note with interest that Marshall Davies (ex Boots) has succeeded Christine Glover as President of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (PJ, June 9, p779).

It should also be noted that, recently, Barry Andrews (ex UniChem) was appointed chairman of the Pharmaceutical Services Negotiating Committee (PJ, April 21, p526).

Is the profession being taken over by the Company Chemists Association in a well-planned coup?

Navin Engineer
Weybridge, Surrey
