No longer “colour-coded”

The colour of the cover of the “Medicines, ethics and practice guide” was, until the latest edition, always the same colour as that of the “current” British National Formulary. This made it easy for the reader to ensure that he was in fact using the most up-to-date edition of the guide.

Unfortunately, this appears to have been overlooked when the new cover was designed.
