The
World Congress of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, the 61st
Congress of the International Pharmaceutical Federation (FIP), opened
in Singapore on 2 September. Over 2,200 participants from 84 countries
attended the congress, the theme of which was Combining practice
and science to extend horizons.

increasing awareness of pharmacy, direct-to-consumer advertising,
the internet and e-pharmacies, preventing medication errors, quality
