Acknowledgement omitted

We would like to apologise for the omission of the acknowledgement from our paper (PDF* 55K), "An intervention to increase antiplatelet aspirin prescribing in patients with cardiovascular disease in East London and the City", which was published in The Journal of 18 August (pp237–9). The report was a collaborative initiative between East London and the City Health Authority and the local pharmaceutical committee, and we would like to express our gratitude to all the community pharmacists and general practitioners who participated in the project. Our special thanks goes to Portia Omo-Bare, head of primary care performance development and support East London and the City HA, and Shiv Bagga, chairman of East London and the City LPC, for their help and throughout the project.
