Relief of eye pain controls migraineTreating eye pain can control other migraine symptoms, a study suggests. Researchers treated five migraine patients with dexamethasone and methylprednisolone injected directly into the inflamed trochlea. Treatment produced relief of eye pain and associated migraine symptoms within 48 to 72 hours.
