Clinical audit guide published

'Principles for best practice in clinical audit' has been launched by the National Institute for Clinical Excellence this week.

The book is endorsed by NICE and the Commission for Health Improvement and describes the methods and tools used for each stage of clinical audit. National Health Service organisations will receive four free copies.

Copies cost £29.95 or £19.95 for NHS staff. The book is published by Radcliffe Medical Press Ltd (ISBN 1 85775 976 1).
