MeReC reviews thyroid diseases

The latest issue of the MeReC Bulletin reviews common thyroid diseases, including hypothyroidism and hyperthyroidism. The bulletin covers drugs that can cause these conditions, such as amiodarone and lithium and the treatment of thyroid disease during pregnancy. The bulletin is included with copies of The Journal this week that are sent to community and hospital pharmacists in England and Wales.
