Numark signs 1,500th shareholder

Numark has signed its 1,500th shareholder, confirming its position among the largest pharmacy chains. The latest shareholder, Sailesh Dawda, from Theydon Bois Pharmacy in Epping, Essex, said: "I made the decision as it allows me to remain independent, but with the benefits of becoming part of a virtual chain."

In the past year, Numark has introduced a number of new initiatives, including a new membership agreement.
