One week left to pay retention fees for 2002

Pharmacists and pharmacy owners who have still not paid their retention fees for 2002 have only a week to do so if they are to avoid removal from the Register of Pharmaceutical Chemists or the Register of Premises. On 29 April, the Royal Pharmaceutical Society was still awaiting outstanding fees for more than 1,350 pharmacists and over 250 pharmacies.

Payment must be made by 10 May to avoid erasure by the Registrar on May 13. Restoration will require payment of a penalty fee of £355 for members and £310 for each pharmacy erased, in addition to the retention fees.
