Negative thoughts bad for lungs

Negative thinking can diminish a man's lung function, say Harvard researchers. A study of 670 men followed up over an average of eight years showed that optimists had less decline in lung function with age than those who were more pessimistic. Pessimists had 4 per cent lower lung function scores.
