MeReC medicines management

The latest issue of the MeReC Bulletin (Vol 12, No 6) discusses the importance of medicines management and medicines management services. It also describes some of the initiatives that are being delivered to help health care professionals improve medicines management. A copy of the bulletin is included in this week's issue of The Journal sent to community and hospital pharmacists in England and Wales.
