Tenders invited for organising BPC

The Royal Pharmaceutical Society is inviting companies to tender to provide administrative and organisational services for the British Pharmaceutical Conference 2003.

The conference has been run by the Society since 1971. It is managed from within the Society's Public Affairs Directorate and its organisation is overseen by a committee of the Society's Council.

The Society is seeking to contract for the full range of support for the conference, including planning and organising, publicity and marketing, and event management.

In addition, the Society is looking for a company that can produce and implement a business plan for the event that will expand the exhibition and increase the level of sponsorship that the conference attracts.
