Peter Wilson to work with Society on CPD project

The Royal Pharmaceutical Society has appointed Dr Peter Wilson as a consultant on continuing professional development (CPD).

Dr Wilson was until recently director of the Centre for Pharmacy Postgraduate Education. He began working with the Society on 15 May on matters to do with communication to pharmacists and other stakeholders of the essential features and measures to implement a CPD framework for pharmacy.

He will also have an input into high level policy development for CPD and related projects.

The Society aims to recruit all pharmacists into its continuing professional development framework by 2004.
