Drug Tariff address

The Stationery Office entered an incorrect contact address on the reverse of the title page of the June edition of the Drug Tariff. It should have read "Technical specifications are available singly from: Pharmaceuticals Directorate, Prescription Pricing Authority, Bridge House, 152 Pilgrim Street, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 6SN".

Diamox orders

Responsibility for Diamox (acetazolamide) has been transferred to Goldshield Plc. Orders for delivery on or after 10 June should be placed with Healthcare Logistics, The Ridgeway Trading Estate, Iver, Buckinghamshire SL0 9JO (tel 01753 650099). Packs will initially remain in Wyeth livery.
