SIGN postnatal depression guidance

The Scottish Intercollegiate Guidelines Network has issued guidance on the management of postnatal depression. The guidance includes recommendations for drug treatment and considers issues that need to be addressed when drugs are prescribed during pregnancy and when a mother is breast feeding.
