Hospital ePACT volunteers wanted

The Prescription Pricing Authority is looking for hospital trusts to take part in trials of an electronic prescription cost analysis system for hospital prescriptions dispensed in community pharmacies. FP10(HP) hospital prescriptions represent 1 per cent of community dispensing. The current manual system means that analysing hospital prescribing takes from four to five months.
