Merged regulatory agency named

The merged Medicines Control Agency and Medical Devices Agency is to be called the Medicines and Healthcare Products Regulatory Agency. From April 2003, it will regulate medicines, health care products and medical devices. No legislative change is needed and the processes by which medicines are licensed and medical devices are controlled will not change.
