Lloyds high achievers

Twelve employees of Lloydspharmacy have recently completed its 18-month management development programme for high achievers.

The scheme consists of four modules, projects and mentoring with external assements leading to the Open University’s professional certificate in management.

Several of the employees have already been promoted.
