Lundbeck opens Seal Sands

Lundbeck Pharmaceuticals has opened a new production facility at Seal Sands, Teesside. The plant will manufacture escitalopram (Cipralex) and includes a large-scale unit for the chromatographic separation of the S-isomer from racemic mixtures of citalopram.
