American Society of Health-system Pharmacists

More than 17,000 delegates attended the 37th ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting in Atlanta, Georgia, from December 8 to 12 2002. There was a strong focus on safe systems for medicines management, including the use of bar-coding and automated dispensing, both in the conference programme and in the exhibition.
