Consulting areas for Superdrug stores

Superdrug is to introduce screened consulting areas to its stores following positive feedback from customers about the 20 stores that have private consulting rooms.

Superdrug currently uses its consulting rooms for services from blood pressure monitoring to allergy testing.

Six stores already have the new consulting areas and the scheme is to be launched in another six stores imminently. The company hopes to include consulting areas in all its 227 pharmacy stores. "Our consulting rooms have allowed us to vary and expand the range of services we offer," a spokesman said.
