Repeat dispensing rules set from 7 May

Regulations come into force on 7 May to give effect to the Department of Health's plans for pathfinder sites to test pharmacist-led pilots for repeat dispensing of National Health Service prescriptions.

The regulations contain detailed provisions for the handling of repeatable prescriptions, along with prescribing and charging arrangements.
