Council member marries in Sri Lanka

Andrew Burr, a member of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society's Council, was married on 21 April at Colombo Cathedral, Sri Lanka. His bride is Shivanthini Dharmasiri, daughter of a retired GP from Mid Glamorgan, where Mr Burr worked as a pharmaceutical adviser in the mid-1990s.

The couple are now living in Sutton Coldfield.
