Diarrhoea vaccine under trial

Berkshire company Microscience is testing a one-dose vaccine for travellers' diarrhoea in phase I clinical trials. The vaccine protects against enterotoxigenic Escherichia coli, which causes most cases of travellers’ diarrhoea.
