Local anaesthetic packs
AstraZeneca has announced changes to the pack sizes of a number of local anaesthetics. Emla 5g hospital pack and dressing and Naropin Polyamp 2mg/ml, 7.5mg/ml and 10mg/ml, will come in packs of five instead of 10 from early November. Xyloproct ointment now comes in 1 x 20g instead of 6 x 30g. All prices have been adjusted accordingly.

Alpharma blister strips
Alpharma packs of warfarin 5mg x 28 now contain one blister strip of 28 instead of two blister strips of 14.
