SPC changes

Plavix tablets
The summary of product characteristics for Plavix (clopidogrel) tablets has been updated (Bristol-Myers Squibb). The following very rare side effects have been added: vasculitis, hypotension, colitis and pancreatitis. The E numbers for mannitol (E421), hyprocellulose (E464) and triacetin (E1518) have been added to the excipients list. The undesirable effects section has been reorganised. See SPC.
